Helping People Gain Clarity About What Truly Matters

My Background

My professional background combines leadership experience in complex organizations with formal training in coaching and human development.

I have spent much of my career working in finance and organizational leadership roles, helping teams navigate large-scale change, make difficult decisions, and build stronger systems and processes.

Along the way, one pattern became increasingly clear: many of the challenges people face at work and in life aren’t simply technical problems. They are often questions of alignment — between what people are doing and what truly matters to them.

That realization led me to study the fields of leadership development, behavioral assessments, and personal change.

My Approach

My coaching and consulting work combines structured reflection with evidence-based tools that help people understand themselves more deeply.

This work often draws on:

Intentional Change Theory, a research-based framework for lasting personal change
Working Genius, which helps individuals and teams understand how they naturally contribute to work
Harrison Behavioral Assessment, which provides insight into strengths, preferences, and motivations
EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence, which explores how people navigate relationships and decision-making
Immunity to Change, which helps uncover hidden assumptions that can prevent growth

These tools are not the focus of the work themselves — they simply help reveal patterns that are often difficult to see on our own.

Why I Do

This Work

I became a coach after navigating my own corporate career and realizing there wasn’t enough investment in people outside the "high potential" category. I wanted to help others avoid the struggles I faced and find the clarity and purpose I’ve discovered in my own journey.

I believe growth is meaningful only when it’s integrated with something personally fulfilling. Success is defined by you, and transformation happens when you have a clear vision of where you want to go. As a coach, I act as a thought partner and facilitator, helping you explore your path and move toward your goals.

I use tools like Working Genius, Harrison Assessments, and Immunity to Change to help individuals and teams gain clarity and improve communication, emotional intelligence, and alignment.

I recognize the value of outside perspectives, which is why I also lead group book studies on leadership topics such as professional accountability, decsion making, organizational clarity and team dynamics. These sessions provide an opportunity for deeper learning and collaboration on key concepts that drive personal and professional growth.

With certifications in Working Genius and Harrison Assessments, plus 20+ years of corporate experience, I specialize in helping individuals overcome burnout, find clarity, and transition to leadership roles. For teams, I focus on improving collaboration, resolving conflict, and aligning around a shared vision.

My clients experience increased clarity on their goals and better alignment within their teams, leading to more effective leadership and success.
